Statewide information and resources for parents or caregivers of children with diagnosed or suspected developmental delays or disabilities from birth to three years of age, providers, and other interested groups or individuals.

This includes contact information for Local Early Steps Offices across the state, which coordinate the system of early intervention services for infants and toddlers eligible under the Individuals with Disabilities Education Act (IDEA), Part C.
