graphic of cdOperational procedures are in place to assure accurate data is collected to facilitate evaluation of the effectiveness and adequacy of the Early Steps system and to track and evaluate the outcomes and consequences of early intervention services on the development of eligible infants, toddlers and their families served by Early Steps. Early Steps has implemented a focused, data-driven, quantitative, outcome-based continuous improvement and focused monitoring system to determine compliance with a defined set of performance indicators and to assist Local Early Steps in achieving compliance within a specified time period. The design of the system provides for continuous improvement of the process through ongoing planning, implementing, analyzing, improving and evaluating.
