Applying for a Food Service Permit

The Martin County Health Department regulates food service operations located in schools, correctional facilities, civic and fraternal organizations, bars and lounges that don't prepare foods and theaters that limit their food service to beverages, popcorn, hot dogs and nachos.

If you would like to apply for a food service permit, please begin by reviewing this helpful fact sheet: Fact Sheet for Permitting

Once you have reviewed the permitting fact sheet, you can begin the application process: Food Service Plan Review Application

One of the final steps in the permitting process is to apply for a Sanitation Certificate from the Florida Department of Health.
