Minority girl visits doctor (didesign)The state-funded program, Reducing Racial and Ethnic Health Disparities "Closing the Gap" (CTG) grant, section 381.7356, Florida Statutes, supports communities, faith-based, and other organizations to eliminate health disparities. CTG grants fund communities to work with partners to improve the health of racial and ethnic populations, eliminate barriers and achieve optimal health in Florida.

How to apply - Any person, entity, or organization located in a Florida county may apply for a CTG grant and serve as the lead agency to administer and coordinate project activities within the counties and develop community partnerships necessary to implement the grant.
