Annotated text transcript: Welcome to EMSTARS computer based training. In this demonstration we will cover what you do, when you have no events to submit. If you are not a member of the Key Users group, you will not have access to the Utilities tab. Click on the 'Utilities' tab to start this demonstration... To submit no events, for a particular reporting month, click the Submit No Events link. Click the 'Submit No Events' link to continue... When you first arrive at this screen, the current reporting month, is alrady selected. As you can see, by the notice at the bottom of the screen, you cannot submit a no event submission for a reporting month where you have already submitted events. Also, had you already submitted no events for that month, this notice would have told you. In this demonstration, we will be submitting no events for the month of July. Select 'July 2007' from the 'Month' listbox to continue... In the password field, use your user password from your user login into the EMSTARS system. Also, you must acknowledge that you are submitting no events for the month specified, by clicking the acknowledgement check box. Click the 'Submit' button to continue... When you submission has been accepted, you will recieve notification at the bottom of your screen. This concludes this demonstration. A 'No EMS Events' record has been submitted.
