Click anywhere (in this demonstration screen) to continue... In the User Request section, of the Utilities menu item, you can perform many actions. You can display user information, request a new user, request to modify a users account settings, or request to unlock, reset passwords, and activate/deactivate user accounts. As a key user, you will only have access to make requests for accounts assigned to your agency. Let's begin by clicking on the User Request hyperlink, in the categories under the Utilities menu item. Click the 'User Request' hyperlink to continue... This is the User Request screen. From here you can select an existing user, or request a new user. To filter users you can use the options on the bottom of the list displayed. First let's start by creating a new user request. Click the user name link to request edits to users already entered into the system. Click the 'New User' button to continue... This is the new user request screen. Here you should fill out the user's first name, last name, email, phone, roles, and (optionally) any comments. Please be as accurate as possible, especially on the user's email address, as this is the address that will be used to send his/her initial login information. Once you have filled out all of the user's information, click the submit request button to submit your request to the system administrator. Click the 'Submit Request' button to continue... Once you have submitted your request, a conformation will be displayed, explaining that an email has been sent to the system administrator, and that you will receive an email once the request has been processed. That's it. A new user request has been submitted. Click on the 'Return to User List' button to continue... Now we will request a change to an existing user account. From the user request screen, click on the user name 'TUser' link. Click on the 'TUser' link to continue... When you need to make any user information changes, this is the screen to do it. If you need to change names, disable user access (as in this demonstration), unlock a user's account, reset a password, or change the roles (to which the user belongs), just make the changes on this screen, and submit the request. Click the 'Submit Request' button to continue... Just as in the new user request, you will be given a confirmation that the request has been completed. Click the 'Return to User List' button to continue... This concludes this lesson. Click anywhere (in this demonstration screen) to finish...
