Immunization records must be presented at the time of visit. Faxed immunization records will not be processed.

Immunizations at the Main Gainesville Clinic only (except for travel) are given on a walk-in basis, no appointment is necessary.
Monday through Friday 7:30am to 4:00pm

All services at the Alachua Clinic are made by appointment only.
Monday through Friday 8:00am to 3:30pm

School Immunizations

The following vaccines are required for school All children ages 6 weeks through age 18 can receive free childhood vaccines. Anyone ages 19 and older may qualify for another free limited selection vaccine program, otherwise, for those clients 19 years and above there is a fee for vaccines. Federal regulations now require us to collect insurance information for all clients regardless of age.

Foreign Travel

Foreign Travel Immunizations

Travel immunizations are given at the Main Gainesville Clinic, by appointment only Monday through Friday. The cost includes a consultation fee as well as a fee for any vaccines received. Appointments are limited, so we recommend scheduling as soon as possible. Clients must arrive 30 minutes prior to their scheduled appointment to complete registration.
