Case Investigation Gather specific details of a possible source, symptoms, contacts, and course of illness
Surveillance Systematically collect and analyze data pertaining to specific diseases, and syndromic surveillance
Resource Reference Facilitate access to community resources
Education Provide health/disease information, resources to healthcare professionals and the public (group presentations, written materials)
Case Management Active tuberculosis patients

Tuberculosis (TB) and Refugee Health
Sexually Transmitted Diseases (STD)
Reportable Communicable Diseases
Cluster and outbreak investigations of reportable and nonreportable diseases
