What is Social Services?

All clients that would like to be seen at the Florida Department of Health in Clay County are directed to come in for a social services assessment. This allows our staff to determine eligibility for clinic services, qualify clients for our sliding fee scale and make referrals to community services and programs that they may not be aware of.
