CDC Public Response Service:  Provides information to the public about biological and chemical terrorism including anthrax, smallpox, botulism and other biological and chemical agents.  Service is available for English and Spanish speakers and for the Deaf and Hard of Hearing.   

Hours of operation: Mon-Fri 8am-11pm(ET) and Sat-Sun 10am-8pm(ET).
