Putnam Students
Free Flu Vaccines

December 12th and 13th, Putnam students have the opportunity to receive free flu vaccines, at their schools, due to a partnership between the former NFL Jaguar player Tony Boselli’s organization “Teach Flu a Lesson”, the Putnam County School Board and the Florida Department of Health in Putnam County.

Tony Boselli has been an advocate of children getting free flu vaccinations since his inception with the Jaguars in 1995 along with an organization “Healthy Schools LLC”.

Forms were sent home with the students last week and “must” be signed before any child can receive the vaccination.

For more information on when your school is scheduled to participate in this program, please contact your school directly.
