Clinic Services Division

We offer a variety of healthcare services to meet the needs of the people in the community. Some services such as physical exams and family planning must be scheduled on days that a doctor, nurse practitioner, or nutritionist is available. Although appointments are not required for all clinics, we encourage appointments so we can see you as quickly as possible.

Clinic Services are provided on a sliding fee scale basis, and immunizations are FREE through age 18.  Adults have to pay for the vaccines per approved fee schedule. Clinic fees are based on income and family size at the initial visit and annually updated.

We accept Medicaid, and for those who are uninsured or prefer to pay out-of-pocket, we accept cash, check, Visa and Mastercard. Bilingual staff is available for translation services for Spanish speaking clients.

To make an appointment please call (850) 983-5200 and choose option 3.
