  • Vaccines are FREE to all children 6 weeks through 18 years of age

Adult Vaccines: Fees apply for all adult vaccines, prices vary, call for prices

  • Tetanus/Diptheria (Td)
  • Tetanus/Diptheria/Pertussis (Tdap)
  • Measles/Mumps/Rubella (MMR)
  • Influenza (Flu)
  • Shingles

Travel Vaccines:

  • The Florida Department of Health in Suwannee County does NOT offer travel immunizations. Contact the Florida Department of Health in Alachua County for travel vaccine information.

Recommended Well Child Visit Schedule:

  • 2 Months
  • 4 Months
  • 6 Months
  • 9 Months
  • 12 Months
  • 15 Months
  • 18 Months
  • 24 Months
  • Annually after 24 months
