We are pleased to offer a wide variety of services to children and limited services to adults. Please call our professional and caring team at
the number above to schedule an appointment for examination, cleaning, fluoride treatment, sealants, fillings, extractions, etc.
 

Our dental clinic accepts Medicaid*, DentaQuest, CompBenefits, Children's Medical Services, and Ped-I-Care. Also coming January 1st, 2013 DentaQuest for the Florida Healthy Kids Plan.

*Medicaid fully covers almost all pediatric dental services that we provide.
This program also covers extraction of teeth in adults.
 

Welcome to the Medicaid Prepaid Dental Program! Most children through age 20 (and Medikids through age 4) may join a dental plan to get their dental care.

There are two plans available, we are a provider for DentaQuest, and they offer the same basic services such as: cleanings, X-rays, fluoride treatments, sealants, pulling teeth, fillings and braces if medically necessary. And by being in their network, your child may have access to even more dental providers.

The Medicaid Helpline 1-888-367-6554, TTY 1-800-653-9803 (Monday-Friday 8am- 7pm)
The Medikids Helpline 1-877-506-0578 (Monday-Friday 8am-6pm)

You will need 3 of these 5 pieces of information for each person you want to enroll: first and last name, date of birth, the Recipient number, Medicaid number or Social Security Number.
