Family planning services and related preventative health services are available to both males and females, including teens, in Seminole County. Patients meet with a caring nurse and doctor who are able to provide quality healthcare in a confidential manner. Patients are provided services to achieve their desired number and spacing of children, increase the chances that a baby is born healthy, and improve their health even if they choose to not have children.

Services offered at the Sanford office include:

  • Contraceptive/birth control services

  • Annual exams

  • Pregnancy testing and counseling

  • Vasectomy and tubal ligation consultation and referral

Payment Options:

We offer affordable payment options for our patients who qualify under the Federal Poverty Level  and are uninsured or underinsured.

• Medicaid Family Planning Waiver Program

The Florida Department of Health in Seminole County offers  confidential Family Planning Medicaid Waiver health services at no cost for those who qualify. Download or view our flyer for eligibility requirements and how to apply.
