World Heart Day 2018

The World Heart Federation is promoting their annual World Heart Day which raises awareness for cardiovascular health and highlights ways to prevent cardiovascular disease. This year’s World Heart Day will be celebrated on September 29, 2018 and the theme is “My Heart, Your Heart.” The campaign asks participants to make a promise…for my heart, for your heart, for all our hearts.

These changes will contribute to the prevention of cardiovascular disease throughout Florida. Visit worldheartday.org to find out how you can participate in this year’s World Heart Day.
