Healthy Start coalitions and providers are accountable for delivering services in compliance with these standards as outlined in administrative rules in the Florida Administrative Code.

All Healthy Start services will be monitored by the Healthy Start coalitions participating in this waiver project based on criteria outlined in the DOH Healthy Start Standards and Guidelines.
