Inpatient Hearing Screening Information

Contact the Newborn Screening Program

1.45% of the babies born in June 2014 did not have hearing screen results reported and 3.30% were not screened because the babies were in the NICU, transferred, missed, or their parents refused. See Statewide June Data for more information.

CONGRATULATIONS to these facilities for meeting or exceeding expectations for Not Reported, Refer, and Missed hearing screening data!  Data for these reports is run in the middle of the following month to ensure timely data reporting.  Hospitals on the report will each receive a certificate of excellence in the mail.
