Section 381.986, Florida Statutes requires the Office of Compassionate Use to maintain a list of all qualified ordering physicians and medical directors. A list of all physicians who have completed the required continuing medical education requirements can be found on the Health Care Practitioner Data Portal

Medical marijuana is available in Florida, however, remains illegal under federal law.
