APPROVED CONTINUING EDUCATION COURSES

All CE taken in Florida must have an approved provider number and course number on the certificate. This includes home study courses, Internet courses and self-learning activities. All approved provider numbers are seven digits long and begin with 32 (i.e., 3200999). All approved course numbers are eight digits long and begin with 24, 25, 26, etc. (i.e., 24012345).

Florida also accepts Continuing Education approved by the ARRT.  A list of ARRT approved Continuing Education Providers can be found at Approved ARRT CE Providers.

All CE courses taken out-of-state which bear an approved, American Society of Radiologic Technologists (ASRT) reference number on the certificate will be accepted (we will classify the CE as either Personal Development or Technical; personal development is limited to 3 credit hours per renewal). We also accept the directed readings distributed by ASRT (to receive credit for directed readings, submit a copy of your ASRT CE documentation with your Florida renewal form).
