Florida Department of Health - Children's Medical Services
The Children's Medical Services (CMS) program provides children with special health care needs with a family centered, managed system of care. Children with special health care needs are those children under age 21 whose serious or chronic physical or developmental conditions require extensive preventive and maintenance care beyond that required by typically healthy children.
Disaster Planning, Response and Recovery
DCF Disaster Plan helps prepare for emergencies or disasters which are difficult for most families, but for those with special needs, the ability to manage can become more difficult. Planning is critical in minimizing the effects of disasters and emergencies.
California Pediatric Surge Pocket Guide is a clinical checklist, guides, and just-in-time references to manage a surge of pediatric patients.
