Join us in celebrating National Public Health Week! Sign up for health resources and other community services in Okaloosa County from more than 10 organizations and agencies all in one place!

The Okaloosa County Health Resource Fair is free and will be held on April 4 from noon - 6 p.m. at Trinity United Methodist Church on Racetrack Rd. 

National Public Health Week is observed the first full week of April each year. This year’s theme is “Centering and Celebrating Cultures in Health.”

Suggested Items to bring that may be needed to sign-up for services:

  • Photo ID
  • Social security card
  • Pay stubs
  • Proof of address
