TALLAHASSEE—The Florida Board of Clinical Laboratory Personnel has launched an updated, interactive website to improve communication, enhance transparency and increase accessibility to web services. The website was redesigned to provide better customer service and encourage public feedback.

“We are excited about the launch of our new website,” said Board Chair, Michele Morgan, DBA. “I have found it to be extremely user friendly, fresh and current for the times and technology, and easy to navigate for the user.”

The Board of Clinical Laboratory Personnel’s website is the latest of thirteen health care profession websites to be redesigned. It features a number of valuable resources for clinical laboratory personnel and consumers. The website also simplifies the process of applying for, renewing, or verifying a license, and provides information on how to file a complaint.
