DID YOU KNOW?

Life Jackets save lives!

According to the U.S. Coast Guard, 84.5 percent of recreational boating-related drowning victims were not wearing a life jacket (2017).

Make sure kids wear life jackets in and around open bodies of water such as lakes and oceans, even if they know how to swim.

Boat U.S. Foundation provides step-by-step instructions to establish a life jacket loaner program.

A life jacket does not take the place of supervision!
