Tools for Early Steps Teams, TEST Toolkit is a practical "how to" resource with step-by-step illustration of Early Steps' service delivery approach, from first contacts through the child's transition to school or community based services at age 3. The TEST Toolkit was developed and validated through Project TEST, a project conducted from 2010-2011 at the University of Florida, and funded through Florida's Department of Health, Children's Medical Services. The TEST Toolkit is available as a DVD in each local Early Steps Office, or through Florida Department of Health, Children's Medical Services, Early Steps State Office.
