GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: This rulemaking amends Rule 64-4.011, F.A.C., pursuant to Chapter 2025-204, § 4, Laws of Florida, to update the Medical Marijuana Use Registry identification card process, incorporated forms, and requirements for patients and caregivers. This rulemaking also initiates nonemergency rulemaking to replace Emergency Rule 64ER22-7 adopted by the Department to implement section 381.986, Florida Statutes, pursuant to Chapter 2025-199, § 15, Laws of Florida.
