Declaratory statements are an agency's opinion as to the applicability of a statutory provision, or of any rule or order of the agency, as it applies to the petitioner's particular set of circumstances.
Per section 120.53, Florida Statutes, all agencies are required to electronically transmit final orders with the Division of Administrative Hearings (DOAH). Users may search for indexed declaratory statements filed by the Department of Health on the DOAH website, as shown here:

Alternatively, users may enter a term of interest into the “Search Orders via Text” box and filter, for example, by most recent date, as shown here:

Public records requests are not required to be in writing. You do not have to give your name or explain why you are making a request.
