Instructions for filing monthly calims online in the Management Information and Payment System (MIPS).
All claims and claim revisions must be emailed, postmarked, stamped received or entered into MIPS by the 60th day after the last day of the claim month.
The for reimbursements provided as direct deposit, please complete Florida Department of Financial Services' form in its entirety.
Online payment information is updated each evening for current day payments.
