W9 Vendor Website: The State of Florida, Department of Financial Services requires vendors doing business with the State to submit a Substitute Form W-9 electronically. Vendors who do not have a verified Substitute Form W-9 on file will experience delays in processing purchase orders or payments from the State of Florida.
