Integrated HIV Planning
HIV prevention community planning is an ongoing, comprehensive process intended to help ensure resources are targeted to populations at risk for HIV. Community planning is based on epidemiologic data, qualitative data, ongoing program experience, program evaluation, and a comprehensive needs assessment process.
