FLORIDA BOARD OF RESPIRATORY CARE LAUNCHES NEW, REDESIGNED WEBSITE

TALLAHASSEE—The Florida Board of Respiratory Care has launched an updated, interactive website to improve communication, enhance transparency and increase accessibility to web services. The new design helps to simplify the process of applying, renewing, or verifying a license and provides information on how to file a complaint. The website also encourages public feedback and includes valuable resources for respiratory therapists and consumers.

“The new website is a quick and easy way to access important information about the respiratory profession and board activity,” said Joy Nunez, CRT, Chair of the Florida Board of Respiratory Care. “The new site will enable patients, citizens and other medical professionals to obtain information in a more efficient manner.”

The website is the latest of fifteen health care profession websites to be redesigned. For more information, please visit www.floridasrespiratorycare.gov or follow the Board of Respiratory Care on Twitter @FLRespiratory.
