TALLAHASSEE—The Florida Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling has launched an updated, interactive website to improve communication. The website was redesigned to deliver better customer service and encourage public feedback through enhanced transparency and an increased accessibility to web services.
The site offers a number of valuable resources for clinical social workers, marriage and family therapists, mental health counselors and consumers. The site includes an improved layout which makes it easier to locate information on applying for, renewing, or verifying a license, and also provides information on how to file a complaint.
“The new and improved website is an efficient tool for our licensees and other interested parties to interact with the Board,” said Board Chair, Mary Bridgman, J.D.
The Board of Clinical Social Work, Marriage and Family Therapy, and Mental Health Counseling’s website is the newest of sixteen health care profession websites to be redesigned.
