TALLAHASSEE—The Florida Board of Podiatric Medicine has launched an updated, interactive website to improve communication. The website was redesigned to deliver better customer service and encourage public feedback through streamlined access to the most frequently used features.
The website offers a number of valuable resources for podiatric physicians, certified podiatric x-ray assistants, podiatric residents, podiatric residency programs and consumers. The new design helps to simplify the process of applying, renewing, or verifying a license and provides information on how to file a complaint.
“The Board of Podiatric Medicine is extremely pleased with the redesign of the website,” said Dr. Chet Evans, Board Chair. “The website is professionally done, attractive and extremely easy for both potential applicants and licensees to navigate. Thanks to the Department and its dedicated staff for their creativity and dedication to quality; it is sincerely appreciated by the Board and Florida’s current and future podiatric physicians.”
The Board of Podiatric Medicine’s website is the newest of nineteen health care profession websites to be redesigned. For more information, please visit www.floridaspodiatricmedicine.gov or follow the Board on Twitter at @FLPodiatryBoard.
