State Surgeon General to Help Launch Nasa Moves!

What: State Surgeon General and Secretary of Health Dr. John Armstrong will join Kennedy Space Center Director Bob Cabana to recognize National Employee Health and Fitness month and launch the NASA Moves! Challenge. The event will also highlight the importance of worksite wellness and the Healthiest Weight Florida initiative.
Where: Kennedy Space Center, FL
* Media will be escorted to the Pathfinder Fitness Trail from Kennedy’s Press Site. Media should arrive at the Press Site at 7:15 a.m. Departure time to the Pathfinder Fitness Trail will be at 7:35 a.m. Following the event, media will be escorted back to the Press Site by 9:15 a.m.
Important Instructions:
News media without permanent Kennedy credentials must apply for accreditation by Noon on Friday, May 16. Two forms of government-issued identification are required to receive a badge; one must be a photo ID such as a driver’s license or passport. Badges will be available for pick up at the Kennedy Badging Office, located on State Road 405 east of the Kennedy Space Center Visitor Complex.
