2012 Hospital Preparedness Survey—October 2012 report provides summary information from the End-of-Year hospital survey
2011 Recommended Disaster Core Competencies for Hospital Personnel—This update to the 2006 version reflects the latest in federal and state guidance. The document is designed to assist hospitals with planning for response to all hazards. It contains tools and tips for determining job specific competencies and training personnel for response. The document is formatted for double-sided printing.
- An accompanying PowerPoint presentation—Text Equivalent provides an overview of the recommended competencies and how hospitals can use the information for planning and training. The PowerPoint can also be used to introduce hospital staff to core competencies and performance expectations.
FDOH Hospital Preparedness Program 2002-2010—This report provides a statewide and regional overview of efforts and progress toward all hazards preparedness in the hospital setting. Data compiled for this report looks at the partnership from the statewide, regional, county, and individual hospital perspective. Information in the report can assist with future planning and preparedness activities.
Florida Hospital Preparedness Program Summary of Mid-Year and End-of-Year Surveys—September 2011 report provides summary information of Mid-Year and End-of-Year reporting for the past three grant cycles.
