Readiness: Training Identification and Preparedness Planning (RTIPP)
The purpose of RTIPP is to teach participants how to create effective training plans for their agencies and jurisdictions using an approach that includes the whole community.
Integrated Preparedness Plan Workshop (IPPW) (formerly Training and Exercise Planning Workshop – TEPW)
The purpose of the IPPW, to be held annually, is to strategically plan for trainings and exercises that strengthen Florida’s ability to prepare for, respond to, and recover from public health and related emergencies. The information collected from County Health Departments and Health Care Coalitions during this workshop will be compiled and integrated into the State’s Integrated Preparedness Planning process.
Integrated Preparedness Plan (IPP) (formerly Multi-Year Training and Exercise Plan - MYTEP)
The Florida Department of Health’s newly-named IPP will continue to represent FDOH’s preparedness-related Bureaus, County Health Departments, and Health Care Coalitions’ training and exercises goals, and be updated annually. The FDOH’s IPP provides a framework for training and exercise priorities, which includes the health and medical components of the integrated State of Florida MYTEP, managed by the Florida Division of Emergency Management (FDEM) Training and Exercise Section.
