  • American Red Cross provides opportunities, resources and training and certifications for injury prevention related areas. Volunteers are recruited by ARC for community safety initiatives, including disaster preparedness and response.
  • Centers for Disease Control Injury Center collaborates with states to prevent injury, overdose, suicide, and violence across the lifespan through science and action. Together, CDC and injury partners track trends, conduct research, raise awareness, provide education, and implement prevention programs.
  • Emory Injury Prevention Research Center leads efforts to reduce injuries, violence and overdoses through innovative practices and training.
  • EPIC Medics is an organization of Paramedics, Firefighters, EMTs and others dedicated to integrating Emergency Medical Services (EMS) and Injury Prevention.
  • National Safety Council (NSC) is committed to the prevention of unintentional injuries and deaths by providing knowledge and resources to reduce risks, engage employees, measure progress and continuously improve safety.
  • Ounce of Prevention Fund of Florida is a private, nonprofit corporation dedicated to shaping prevention policy and investing in innovative prevention programs that provide measurable benefits to our state’s children, families and communities.
  • Think First—National Injury Prevention Foundation provides health professionals with the training, tools, and support to assist in spreading prevention messaging in communities to lower the incidence, cost and devastation of traumatic injury.
