Florida's 2017-2020 State Health Improvement Plan (SHIP) Injury, Safety and Violence (ISV) Priority Area goals and objectives serve as the state's statutorily required Injury Prevention Strategic Plan (401.243, F.S.).
The stakeholders who contribute to strategies and activities under the plan are referred to as the Priority Area Workgroup (PAW). The PAW replaces the former Florida Injury Prevention Advisory Council (FIPAC).
