Apraxia Kids is an initiative of The Childhood Apraxia of Speech Association of North America (CASANA). The mission of Apraxia Kids is to strengthen the support systems in the lives of children with apraxia of speech by educating professionals and families; facilitating community engagement and outreach; and investing in the future through advocacy and research.

The American Speech Language Hearing Association (ASHA) is the national professional, scientific, and credentialing association for 218,000 members and affiliates who are audiologists; speech-language pathologists; speech, language, and hearing scientists; audiology and speech-language pathology support personnel; and students. In addition to providing information specific to childhood apraxia of speech, the vision of ASHA is to make effective communication, a human right, accessible and achievable for all.
