The Florida Choose Safe Places Interactive Map is a quick and easy to use tool for locating early care and education facilities and possible contaminated sites investigated by the Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP). These specific sites do not necessarily present a hazard for people on or near it and further investigation is warranted.

This important tool can be used as one step to choosing a safe place for Early Care and Education.
