Children’s Environmental Health Day
October 8th, 2020, is the 5th annual Children’s Environmental Health Day. This day belongs to everyone working on behalf of a healthy environment, healthy children and health equity. It’s a day for awareness, education, and for individuals and organizations to come together so that all children have clean air and water, safer food and products, and healthier places to live, learn and play.
In honor of CEH Day, the Children's Environmental Health Network (CEHN) is hosting a day-long nationwide virtual event on Thursday, October 8th. Florida Choose Safe Places for Early Care and Education (FL CSPECE) is first on the agenda and will be presenting on the livestream from 8:30–9:00 AM. Our colleagues, the Florida Radon and Indoor Air Program, will present from 12–12:30 PM. This Livestream will be broadcast over CEHN's Facebook Live and Youtube.
