We want to hear from you! The TAP would like input from families, youth, providers and advocates of children and youth with special health care needs about what is important to them. Please take a look at the TAP's preliminary consensus document. It highlights potential topic areas for evaluating quality health outcomes for children and youth with special health care needs. Then, send your comments to CMS.CSHCN@flhealth.gov.

Title V Technical Advisory Panel 

The Title V Children and Youth with Special Health Care Needs (CYSHCN) Technical Advisory Panel (Panel) was created on March 21, 2018 by the State Surgeon General of the Florida Department of Health. One purpose of the Panel is to prepare a report with recommendations on health outcome measures for CYSHCN.
