Please have attendees park in the area designated for "Conference and Meetings". For large groups (over 30) please advise participants to carpool if possible to avoid parking problems.
Please note that the FL Department of Health, Tampa Lab is not responsible for supplying food and drink. Prior
arrangements for these must be made by the agency/person reserving the room.

FL Department of Health, Tampa Lab does not have a resident IT staff. If you have IT needs more complicated than sharing your desktop to an audience in the room, please reach out to the conference room DL about these needs PRIOR to your visit to avoid possible difficulties with IT.
