Vaccination Coverage in the U.S.

Each year, the  National Immunization Survey (NIS) is conducted to estimate immunization coverage levels in 50 states and selected local areas. The reports cover children 19 to 35 months of age, adolescents 13 to 17 years of age, and adults.

The National Health Interview Survey (NHIS), a nationwide survey of adults providing information on vaccinations and other health data, and the Behavioral Risk Factor Surveillance System (BRFSS), a state-based survey of health behaviors of adults, including adult vaccination at national, regional, and state levels.
