Vendors wishing to do business with the state of Florida must first be registered with MyFloridaMarketPlace (MFMP).

The eprocurement system designed to improve state purchasing. This platform will allow business between buyers and vendors to run with greater efficiency through cost effective means.

Submitting W9 for Vendors

Department of Financial Services requires vendors doing business with the state of Florida, to submit a substitute form W-9 electronically. Vendors who do not have a verified substitute form W-9 on file will experience delays in processing purchase orders or payments.
