Florida’s public health and medical response system relies on many partner agencies and non-governmental organizations to support response efforts. Each plays a unique role in carrying out the missions of ESF-8. The diagram found in the ESF-8 Appendix to the CEMP depicts the role of primary and support agencies and organizations in carrying out the core missions.
