The Department of Health announces a workshop to which all persons are invited.
GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED:
The amendments to Rule 64-4.011, F.A.C., pursuant to chapter 2025-204, Laws of Florida, to update the Medical Marijuana Use Registry (MMUR) identification card process, incorporated forms, and requirements for patients and caregivers. The workshop will also consider the draft proposals for replacing Emergency Rules 64ER25-4 and 64ER25-5 as nonemergency rules.
