Rule Title
Immunization Requirements: Public and Nonpublic Schools, Grades Preschool, Kindergarten Through 12, and Adult Education Classes.
The Department conducted a rule workshop on December 12, 2025, in Panama City Beach, Florida. Preliminary draft rule text was provided to members of the public pursuant to the Notice of Rule Development and to those in attendance at the workshop. The workshop included public comments in support of, in opposition to, and recommending changes to the draft rule. The workshop was aired on The Florida Channel and members of the public were afforded the opportunity to submit written comments within 10 calendar days after its conclusion. Additionally, if requested, the Department will hold at least one public hearing after publication of the Notice of Proposed Rule in a different area of the state. Therefore, an additional workshop is not necessary.
