GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED:
Pursuant to Chapter 2025-199, § 15, Laws of Florida, this rulemaking initiates nonemergency rulemaking to replace emergency rules 64ER20-32, 64ER20-35, 64ER22-1, 64ER22-2, 64ER22-8, 64ER24-1, 64ER24-2, and 64ER25-1, adopted by the Department to implement section 381.986, Florida Statutes. These rules set forth requirements for medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs) for licensure renewal, financial assurance, the MMTC Seed-to-Sale Tracking System, dosing limits, standards for production of edibles, trade name and logo, and packaging, and labeling.
