RULE NOS.: RULE TITLES: 64-4.227 MMTC Advertising and Marketing

The Department of Health announces a hearing to which all persons are invited.

GENERAL SUBJECT MATTER TO BE CONSIDERED: Pursuant to Chapter 2025-199, § 15, Laws of Florida, this rulemaking initiates nonemergency rulemaking to replace emergency rule 64ER21-13, adopted by the Department to implement section 381.986, Florida Statutes.

This rule sets forth requirements applicable to medical marijuana treatment centers (MMTCs) when processing marijuana using hydrocarbon solvents or other solvents or gases exhibiting potential toxicity to humans.
